The multimedia work, which satirises the then newly installed Prime Minister, was exhibited at Valentine Willie Fine Art’ Rock Kaka exhibtion. There are several conflicting reports about the reason for the removal, but the work was taken down after the opening, reportedly after “sensitive political eyes became aware of it” (Eva McGovern, ‘The Politics of Play in Malaysian Art’, Asia Art Archive).
