The exhibition, on ghosts and the supernatural, was curated by Shamsuddin Ahmad and organized by the Negeri Sembilan State Museum. The Minister of Culture, Rais Yatim and the National Fatwa Council both criticized the exhibition as being un-Islamic. From reports however, it appears that the show toured to different state museums and was not shut down.
