Synopsis
FIERY FAMILY unveils the secret side of so-called educated and civilised people. This one-act comedy was inspired by Tony Award-winner, Yasmina Reza’s Broadway black comedy “God of Carnage”.
The 90-minute comedy is about two couples who meet to discuss a playground fight between their two children. With the pressures of parenting in Malaysia and the stresses on family life, this play will definitely resonate with local audiences as well, leaving everyone laughing cathartically.

雅絲米娜•雷札是當今法國劇壇上屈指可數的重要女劇作 家之一。 《殺戮之神》是一部黑色幽默戲劇,2009年獲得 了托尼獎三項最佳的獎項。故事講述了平凡的一天,兩個 小男孩在班裡發生爭執,爭執中其中男孩被打傷了。這起不 大不小的兒童糾紛,將兩對本沒有任何交集的夫婦拉到了 一起。不同背景的父母們就孩子的傷害事件協商、討論、爭 執、冷嘲熱諷、旁敲側擊,時而強作歡顏,時而面露不快,可 是又不得不面對面度過這難熬與痛苦的一天……
