As part of her residency, Donna facilitated a\nworkshop &#8220;Contemporary Dance for Every Body&#8221; and organised a\ndance-video-sound performance &#8220;Extended Periods of Waiting&#8221; at The\nAnnexe, Central Market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This time around, the lithe and\ncongenial award-winning performer is interacting with more Malaysians &#8212; the\nlarge numbers who would have not even <em>looked<\/em>\nfor information on her workshops and shows or, for that matter, any other arts\nevents. Now here for the mobile public arts project of &#8220;Let Arts Move\nYou&#8221; (LAMU), Donna is one of five regional artists who, together with six\nMalaysian artists, are creating artworks inside trains and stations of the KTM\nKomuter lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this Tembak Shots, LAMU co-curator and Rumah Air Panas artist Yap Sau Bin together with Kakiseni track Donna as she does her bit to make the arts more relevant to especially folk from the other side of the tracks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At a KTM Komuter train station in Kajang, Malaysia, Donna talks about\nhow she engaged folks with photography and performance art in a train from KL\nSentral to Seremban for the &#8220;Let Arts Move You&#8221; (LAMU) mobile public\nart project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During Monday evening&#8217;s rush hour, yet another amused young couple kindly agree to be a part of Donna&#8217;s photo project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>~~~ <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Veronica Shunmugam edits Kakiseni. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">\u201cLet Arts Move You\u201d (LAMU) started unofficially on Monday when Donna Miranda and Yap Sau Bin &#8220;harassed&#8221; stumped and amused passengers, and workers of the KTM Komuter trains.
