This production was presented as an anthology of excerpts from plays written by British playwrights based around the themes of courtship and marriage. According to the programme, the two actors Barbara Jefford and John Turner were husband and wife in real life. In the programme book, acknowledgements were given to schools and other institutions in Province Wellesley (Seberang Prai), Penang, Ipoh, Alor Setar, the University of Malaya, Malacca, Brunei, Kuching, Sibu, Miri and Kota Kinabalu for their help in mounting performances of the play.
